hello,
we just bought two licenses of uvlayout, and when i paste the key from the details section into uvlayout i get 27 days left, what's the reason behind this? isn't it a permanent license?

If its floating licenses, then there's likely some further setup step you need to complete before we issue the permanent keys. You should check your emails for those instructions, including checking any junk mail folders you might have in case the emails have ended up there.
