i bought a professional dongle license i havnt gotten the dongle yet but is the license thats listed under details in my accout a permanent license that i have to type in under the edit key when i open up headus uv layout along with inserting the dongle into a slot? or is that a temporary license because if its a temporary license its not working

Yes, it is permanent, but will show as "no key" in the licensing GUI if the dongle isn't plugged in. If you would like a temp Ether license while you're waiting for the dongle to arrive, just email me your Ether ID number thats showing in that GUI.
