Hi
I used paypal to upgrade from the ether license to the dongle on the 11th December but after submitting the order at paypal and returning to Headus I was greeted by a 404 page not found, so I'm not sure if the payment has be processed properly.
I sent an email using the contact details on the main site but it has been unanswered.

but I may need to contact paypal to sort out the payment so any assistance would be welcome

Sorry about the delay ... I was away from the office most of last week and had very limited net access during that time. But I'm back now, and service has been returned to normal! Your dongle has been packed and is ready to ship, and you should have received emails from me today about all of this as well.
