Hello,
We are testing uvlayout in xubuntu 8.10 segmentation fault with the latest 2.04.01 fc6 release when i run headus for the licensing, followed the installation instructions as ewll, downloaded the missing libs.
any ideas on what is wrong? |

A crash when the GUI is loading up usually means an openmotif incompatibility. Have you tried the rh9 builds instead? I know of at least one Kubuntu user (its 7 though) who has to use the rh9 version.
Hmmm, I also have a vague memory though that maybe something like the 32bit glibc is missing by default from some 64bit Linuxes, and its needs to be installed? Actually, that was when I installed Fedora 10, but it might apply to Ubuntu as well.
