I have been experiencing slow panning (middle mouse) over a while now. Same goes for moving shells and rotating..

Everythings seems to be going fine, then it takes several pans to get across a udim.

Anyone else experienced that before?

Im using the Latest version 2.06.02

Could be a "stuck" Tab key.

Holding the Tab key can be used to intentionally slow down pans for finer control, so its sounding like UVLayout thinks the Tab is down when its not. Tapping the Tab key a couple of times should be enough to reset it.
